Reliance Jio Infocomm — Money deducted from account but got a message that payment was unsuccessful

Recharged for Rs. 329.00 on May 15, 2021 on Myjio app for Jio number [protected]. Got confirmation from my bank that money has been successfully deducted from my account. But jio sent a message saying that recharge was unsuccessful.
Kindly refund the amount to my account as soon as possible.
