Reliance Jio Infocomm — Money not refunded | |||||
Had done 2 jio recharge on 2 numbers of my family members through your jiomoney app and for first time from first phone the transaction got failed while money was debited from bank! Second time it got successful and then later from second phone also exactly same thing happened one time unsuccessful second time successful then later even registered complain for my money which was debited 4 times from bank but didn't receive my money in bank even after 10 days of complain now another damn issue is my internet on both phones isn't working! Called customer care they said that recharge isn't done on both numbers while money has been debited from the bank 4 times!
