Reliance Jio Infocomm — my jio 50 rs cashback is missing | |||
Last time recharged for 303 rs with 50rs cash back.. After one month its missing. I have tired many times calling jio customer care no response... My jio number [protected].. Please do respond as soon as possible... Atleast i wanted to know whats wrong and why this has happened.. I have done this recharge through jio money app.. It was 50rs cash back voucher... After the recharge after one month i never noticed about that app.. But again i wanted to recharge with that cash back voucher It was missing.. From june 1st i had taken jio sim. My cell no [protected].from that day on wards jio service was very bad net spped 0.02 r below 1mbps. I complaint many days more than two months over. My problem was not solved
