Reliance Jio Infocomm — my jio services not started even after five years of recharging

My jio mobile service no is [protected] and i have paid rs.399/- for recharging the same on sunday, 16/07/2017. However still the voice, net /messaging services has not started.
A long delay. It should have been started maximum of 12 hours. My other service provider no.[protected]. In case of any problem pl contact on that no.
