This is with reference to my Jio sim not working from 20 days (after activation). My Sim# [protected], I already lodged complaint (#SR00000ADCRB dtd. 21/06/2017, SR00000AHQXL) on the same. I took the replacement sim on 21st June after discussing with your team/customer care. Sim#[protected]. They assured/ committed that, the sim will be working from the same day evening and still not working. Today morning, I had a discussion with the Jio customer care and again suggested to wait for one more day and I understood that the team is not activated my new Sim in your data base. It looks like, there is no proper response team to take it and resolve the issues with in 48 hours. We will be getting the messages that the complaint will be resolved within 48 hours. I already recharged almost 20 days back, I requested not lost the money and data charge. I request you to consider and give the grace period after my validity date. Hope you understand my situation. Now I don't know whom to contact for money back and no one is giving proper response,
I had paid Rs. 408 for the new package/plan and I was going to Reliance digial Jio customer care in indiranagar almost 10 times. Not getting support.
I got another SIm yesterday too. that also not working.
This is happening with few of my colleges in my company.
