Reliance Jio Infocomm — my transaction was failed but amount was debited from my account

Dear sir
I am tamil. I made a transaction through gpay for buy a coupon worth Rs. 399 from my Jio app. And the transaction was failed but amount was debited from my account on 29.04.2019 at 1.12pm.still and upi transaction Id was[protected] .still I didn't get any message from Jio communication.
Kindly solve my problem sir
