Reliance Jio Infocomm — need to deactivate my number permanently | |||||
Hi i am from chennai. I am postpaid customer for reliance jio. I was holding two postpaid numbers in different mobiles. I lost one of the phone and i raised an email stating to deactivate the number permanently. It was in september and no usage has been done from the day onward i lost. I made a service request on 29th of october. It is almost one month have crossed and still the customer care people is not at all responding. I said repeatably to block my number permanently but still they are not making it happen. I am just paying 358 rs for three time for which i am not using the mobile number itself. Can anbody please look through this and please solve my problem at the earliest. My lost mobile number is [protected] and the service request number is sr00000f09le. The people who i am receiving mail from is below Usmah ansari, ayushi kothari, ajit gaikwad, hitesh singh, ashish mishra, pankaj meshram, shubham dubey, khilesh rajusth.
