My self kumar. Jio sim. I have lost my mobile on 22nd jan and at the same time jio sim also gone. So i went your 4 branches tambaram west, ekatuthankal, guduvanchery... So i asked replacement sim then your customer care person asked me to show aadhar card even i showed but in your system there is mismatch happened in my father name. Even jio person saying its a technical problem from jio end like that. So we will rectify the same asap that like they committed but till date no any proper feedback received and my number not activated. Then is sent a mail multiple time to customercare but till date there is no response from customer care end and branch end also. Such waste of service they are providing an i got a bad experience in my life. Better to go other operator...
