I was facing problems accessing youtube and complaint about it to the customer care, but they regard it as network traffic. But at same time access of netflix, what's app, etc was fine. So, used wehe app to confirm network throughout (Results are below). Please check yourself too with some up-to-date app (It's my connection output) in up east. It might be violating net neutrality terms.
