Reliance Jio Infocomm — network issue. network is very less in my area

I am facing the network problem past around 10 months.. I have complained so many times. But jio members gives no solutionto me and providing the fake information day by day whenever i call. My internet is running at the speed of 2g in year 2018 shame *. They do not do anything and they dont want to do anything. Please help me out of this as soon as possible.
