Reliance Jio Infocomm — network problem and speed is low | |||
After complaining many times, jio is ready to install jio site in my area. I am facing weak network and speed problem since 3th october. They said that after 60 days you will be able to use seamless 4g speed but my plan of 399 is going to expire on 6 jan 2018 therefore am not able to use internet speed is less then 40kbps and call drop is major issue and sometime i recieve voice from second person but my voice can't be sent to second person, only one way comm. Is happening.. All i want is my 399rs because am not able to use service why should i pay for that. I want my 399rs as soon as possible or give me me free recharge of 90 days which i have recharged earlier. Mesaage i recived from jio is attached. Was this information helpful? | |||
