Reliance Jio Infocomm — New jio fibre connection issues | |||
I applied for jio fibre connection on 11.09.2020 by making advance payment of Rs. 1500. I was told that it will be installed very next day. But even after lapse of 2 weeks nobody came and I was told to cancel the application from my side by giving lame excuse of wrong location id . The cancellation process is like a hell as I had to visit one reliance jio outlet for cancellation by spending my valuable time and money. I got refund after nearly a month. Now comes the next part : Thinking that jio speed is good I applied for jiofibre connection once again by paying advance amount of Rs. 1500. I was told that installation will be done next day. Nobody came and did not bother to call also. In the meantime I called customer care & was told that my application has been cancelled and I will get automatic refund. When I called the customer care after a gap of two hours the executive told me that it will be installed the next day. I feel this is the worst kind of customer service on the earth when the company/customer care don't even know about my application status. The customer care executives don't know anything about the applications or jiofibre plans. I would recommed everybody not to go for any jiofibre products. They will use your hard earned money for more than a month interest free and will not give you any connection Was this information helpful? | |||
