Reliance Jio Infocomm — no connectivity at home | |||||
I have taken a jio connection for my wife as me last year at nashik. This is dead slow or dead at home. Most of times it is dead at home. Approached service provider several times. Was asked to use jiofi. It did not work. Logged complaint at site multiple times. Last being sr00000lasoz. Person whom i spoke agreed that there is technical problem from jio side. He did not commit any time frame. Practically harassed as voice as internet does not work for my as well as wifes number. Please consider this as a consumer complaint for trais perusal. Seeking a quick fix. My numbers are [protected] and [protected]. Without our consent and any concrete action complaints are closed by jio.
