Hi, I opted for JioFiber free 30 days trial and the plan validity was from 22-May-2022 to 22-June-2022. The plan requires me to pay Rs.1500 as security deposit and within the 30 days, I need to raise the disconnection request post which the device will be picked up and the refund of Rs.1500 will be processed.
Below is the sequence of incidents.
1. I raised disconnection request on 19-June-2022 (SR00001BO8TQ) which was resolved.
2. I raised the first Service Request (SR00001BULWS) for device pickup on 28-June-2022 but the ticket was closed without my knowledge on 29-June-2022.
3. I have the second Service Request (SR00001BVSNF) for device pickup on 29-June-2022 but the ticket was closed on 30-June-2022 stating I was not responding (I neither did get a call nor the so-called engineer visited my apartment).
4. I raised the third Service Request (SR00001C3UTX) for device pickup on 9-July-2022 which is still open and SLA is 24-July-2022. The catch here is the device needs to be submitted by 20-July-2022 and no engineer has called me or visited my apartment till now.
5. I have raised forth Service Request (SR00001C9XFQ) for escalation which is still open and the SLA is 20-July-2022.
JioFiber says Free Trail offer and get Rs.1500 as security deposit and then when the customer raises the disconnection request, no one will come and pickup the device. No update calls from the engineers. No refund without device pickup which they wont and will not do. Customer support will ask me to go and give in the nearby JioStore, and they do not want to do their job.
They loot and cheat the customer in the name of free offer. I STRONGLYDO NOT RECOMMEND JIOFIBER to anyone because of THIER PATHETIC, NON-EMPATHETIC, NON-RESPONSIVE, ARROGANT behavior.
