Reliance Jio Infocomm — No internet connection | |||||
Dear Madam /Sir, I have recharged on June 1st at about 7.30 am, but so far absolutely no internet connection. The money has been debited from my account. Four times I have called the customer care. Standard answer after one hour, next person after 4 hrs, third time after half an hour and finally the lady told me it will take 48 hours. I don't understand this funda of 48 hrs for a internet connection after recharge. I can understand if it was for the first time. Or is it another way of making money from customers?
