Reliance Jio Infocomm — No network for jio sim card

Address:Thane, Maharashtra, 421201

Till 31st dec.16 Jio sim card was working well. but after wards it is not working.
it shows error "Not registeted on Network"
My mobile no. is [protected]
Is this happening due to free service. if yes i will discard the card and stop
service permanently. KIndly advise on this
