I had successfully porter my number to jio on august 12 2018 when i inserted the sim the network bar shows no service i thought it had not yet ported completely. So i tried next day same thing shows. I restart the device and then one bar signal shows. Then i realise that there is an network issue in my area. So somehow i called jio care they told that we have weak network in your area. I am taking a complaint regarding it. They lodge my complaint on 14 august 2018. From then to now i had not even made single calls in my area and not able to use data. I had bare it for 2 weeks and then i got so frustated. So i started mailing jio about it and they keep on saying new site is under process it will take upto 120 days. I told that how can one stay without calls and data for 120 days as i am using only one number i dont have secondary number to contact anyone. And when i asked them about the new site address they not even providing me that. I asked them to refund my recharge amount. They not even helping with that. Why should i bare all this if they have weak network. And why are they selling jio sim card in that location where they have weak signal. I told alteast provide me network booster for 120 days. They not even helping with that too. I had paid money to get proper services not to bare such things. I had purchased new phone but the phone is useless when you not able to make and receive calls and not able to use data.
