Reliance Jio Infocomm — no proper network | |||
I'm facing an issue with the jio network. The service is too poor and no signals at all. To catch the signals i need to turn on and off my mobile into flight mode. It is really annoying. I've changed my sim (New jio sim with same number) to find better service but it also didn't work. Even the internet speed also very poor. Met local jio customer service person and left with no resolution. Was this information helpful? | |||

I hav complaint twice to the company customer care but they do not solve my inconvenience . I have demanded 15 days extension on my but they refused.

Today I got a call from no. [protected] and they said my sim is selected to get 2200 cash in bank account and asked my atm details including cvv except for pin and insisted to get the otp which I refused but they kept on disturbing. I want the company to take direct actions against these frauds otherwise I must stop using jio service.
