[Resolved] Reliance Jio Infocomm — no received recharge voucher even after paying | |||
Purchased jio recharge voucher Money deducted, received confirmation mesaage but not received recharge voucher till now which is more then 24 hours. I have tried consumer care, spoken to senior reps, everyone is acknowledging complaint which is some technical fault from componies end only but they are unable to resolve, they are not ready to give any complaint number, more over they dont even have any clue how long it will take to resolve. From last 2 days my outgoing is barred and it is causing lots of incnvinience and loss as this is my only active number. Was this information helpful? | |||
Oct 17, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved It seems no body took extra pain to reaolve it timely, it was some technical fault which took its own sweet time.
Pained to rexeive such reaponse from our so called number one company of India and one amongst top of worlds forrune 500, may be its gone in the heads of JIOs employee. Anyways, already too much time wasted, dont want to waste my time anymore on writing about a company who does not care a bit about its customer. Hooe we get some better alternate of Jio soon. Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
