I took a jio fiber connection at my home in Ujjain at Rs. 2500/- out of which Rs. 1500/- is refundable once we disconnect the connection and devices are picked up back from home.
My account disconnection happened immediately after I logged a service request with them but for device pickup, no one is contacting me and I keep on receiving messages that tried contacting you for device pickup but not able to connect.
I contacted support person as well about this issue but unfortunately no resolution provided and closed my request.
I don't care if they pick up their devices or not but I want my money back.
