Reliance Jio Infocomm — No resolution by Jio of complaints raised on 11-Aug, 12-Aug, 13-Aug

Jio charges me 999 postpaid plus monthly amount inspite of not giving me data services for 3 numbers on a family account. Facing this problem since Sep 2020 and raised ever since then with Jio. All I get is complaint numbers from Jio and no solution to the Jio problem of data not available Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
