I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Jio Broadband Internet

The issue that I have experienced was: 4th September I recharged my JIO FIBRE broadband data plan to Diamond TRruly Unlimited ( 300 Mbps ) .
However, upon checking via a speed testing application, I noticed the speed to be only 30 Mbps upload and download approx.
I raised a complaint regarding the same. Then the router started showing green light and I could not access the internet.
I was told on 4th September 2020 ( Service request no: SR0000125OTB) that on 5th September 2020 an executive would visit my place between[protected] hrs. They didn't.
The second complaint raised on 8th September 2020. SERVICE REQUEST NO: SR[protected] )
An apology was given and assurity given that this time the executive would definitely reach. Again today he did not reach.
When I again called the helpline no they had the same excuse and reply. I asked to speak to the Floor manager or senior executive but was simply denied saying that wasn't possible.
The goirl on the line was arrogant too.
It occurred on : 4/09/2020
I want to be compensated for the time when the internet speed was below mentioned in the plan. They can extend the validity period or refund the amount for those days.
I want them to resolve the issue at the earliest. (Priority)
