Reliance Jio Infocomm — no signal detected for the mobile connection [protected]

I have a Reliance Jio connection of no [protected] which I was using without any problem.
However currently no signal has been detected by the SIM for the connection [protected] since 11th June'18 in Shillong area, Meghalaya.
I am not abled to use the service of Reliance Jio network.
The connection is active.
