Reliance Jio Infocomm — No way to escalate complaint for non functioning of Airfiber box

I had complained for my airfiber not working on 2nd May, 2025. A service engineer was supposed to visit my flat but declared it as addressed without visiting flat and solving the problem. SR00002CANUI was registered and closed without any solution. I called customer care and they did not help either. Another complaint was lodged SR00002CU8UR and again the service agent did not visit my flat and neither made any calls and messages but market it closed. Now after endlessly calling customer care they gave another visit on 5th. If they schedule a visit, I have to ensure I stay at home away from work. They provide no call or message update even when it is scheduled.
Many customers face this. Please help
