Reliance Jio Infocomm — non activation of new sim-[protected]

Jio people are not helpful. They are careless and have a indifferent attitude much more than the government officials. I am in correspondence with [protected]@jio.com and local customer care counter since 1st january 2018 but my sim is not activated till date; and no satisfactory answer is forthcoming. I handed over adhaar and photo twice in addition to finger impressions and each time i was told that the sim would be activated within an hour. I have visited your local care counter five times. I am a senior citizen having medical problems and can walk with difficulty. I am irritated.
