Reliance Jio Infocomm — Non completion of Port process into JIO sim and rude behaviour of customer executive

On 26.10.2022, I request for porting my idea number [protected] into Jio service from my house address at K-Block, Sector -41, South City -1, Gurugram, Haryana and on same day one person namely Mahesh, Sim delivery executive come at my address and verified my documents and take the details and capture my aadhar card and my photo and handover the sealed new sim of jio and asking charges of Rupees 300 thereupon I said that recently i port my another number into Jio Sim and they take only charges of first recharge amount. Thereafter, the aforesaid person agreed to take only first recharge amount of Rs.239 and same i paid online. That he assured within 2-3 days, my new sim will be activate but two days later aforesaid person contact and informed me that my sim activation process not completed and he have to do again thereupon I give him the day of sunday to come and complete the process of sim activation as I and working in delhi and not available on working days but on sunday, aforesaid person not come and thereafter on 01.11.2022, i.e. tuesday, when i called the aforesaid person, he intentionally avoided me and didn't pick my call on repeated times.
However, i call on customer care, but the executive did not give me satisfactory answer rather they asked me to give alternative number though at the time of process of verification, the aforesaid person Mahesh saved my number, which is to be port same as alternative number. That time, i asked him to save another number as alternative but he says he saved the same and no problem will come. That due to non existing of any alternative number, customer care executive refused to help me and insist to visit jio store and repeat the process and submit the documents again. I told that my documents already taken digitally by your sim delivery executive Mahesh and neither he complete the process nor he activate my sim after payment of first recharge of sim, but customer executive adamantly pressurize me to do all process again and failed to give answer what about the safety of those documents which were captured by sim delivery executive Mahesh. Customer executive refused to take contact number of sim delivery executive from me and further refused to take any action against the sim delivery executive Mahesh and failed to give answer of security of documents, my photo captured by sim delivery executive.
That both, sim delivery executive Mahesh and Customer care executive rather to help me harassing me on the name of porting the service into Jio, sim delivery executive asked me additional amount to pay on the sim, which is to be delivered free. That my documents already captured by sim delivery executive and i have apprehension that same may not be misused as now customer executive told me to do all process again. Please kindly take action against the aforesaid persons.
