Dear Sir/Madam,
With reference to the subject matter we would like to bring into your notice that our JIO POSTPAID connection No:[protected] was ported out from JIO on 6th, DEC 2021, which already had a security deposit of Rs.250 under its account.
We were assured by JIO representatives that we would receive a link via sms/email to share our Bank Details in order to get the refund of security Deposit and the Link was to be received within a week of disconnection.
But 7days have passed and we haven't received any link from their end.
Upon contacting customer care they just keep repeating the same thing that you will get the link soon but they are just making false promises.
We request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
