I had terminated my JIO Fiber connection, the JIO team collected the sattop box and I recived a msg asking me to complete the bank details. I had provided the same and that was comfirm as I received an OTP. This process was done in the month of June 2021. Now it over one and half month I am contantly sending mail to process my refund but they simply asked me that bank datails are not matching and submit the details again. I have submitted the bank details along scanned copies of blank cheque and Pass Book five times but the matter is not yet resolved.
