Reliance Jio Infocomm — non refund of deposit money rs 2500 | |||
I have taken jiogiafiber wifi connection from reliance jio in july 2019. I paid a deposit of rs.2500 (Refundable on surrender of connection) for the same. I have surrendered their equipment on 24.8.2019 due to non performance as promised. They promised me to refund the amount of rs.2500 with 14 days of surrender. Regre to inform that till now 05.10.2019 7 pm they have refunded the money. They didnt even replying to my complaints. My cust id no is d jio giga internet id[protected].
