This is to inform that i got my connection disconnected on 10-09-22, after many follow up and calls, they took the device pickup on 30-09-22, since then i have been calling and dropping multiple emails to them for the security deposit and installation cost( both of them are refundable) but everytime i call them they keep on postponing, there is no proper reply they say they are escalating, but still no proper response. They said i will get the refund with in 14 days. but now its more than 25 days since the pickup has been done.. I have attached all the proof. Neither i m able to login into their app for any status. They have blocked me to reach out to them .Landline no. : [protected] service ID:[protected] Please help in getting the complete refund.
