Reliance Jio Infocomm — non refund of security deposit of gigafibre

I took a connection of gigafibre in surat and due to relocation i requested for cancellation on 31st march 2019. Inspite of repeated follow up they never picked up their device and when i highlighted the same to customer care they said that you do not need to worry you will get your security deposit by 31st may even if router is not picked. Now they are giving lame excuses that service is not cancelled and its only suspended and we cant refund amount and all.
