I have been communicating with jio customer care since november the 23rd for international roaming pack
I requested international roaming to be activated by paying rs 5751 on 23rd november. And i clearly mentioned them that i will be travelling alone so need hassle free services.
I left india on 24th november and i was informed that as soon as i land i have to make a call or send msg to activate the pack. But there was no service”.
Every time i have to connect to free wifi and it was such a hassle for my family to get in touch with me and at that time i tried to chat with customer care through the app using wifi and was told my service is still not activated.
There executive connected to me on whatsapp who responded to me earlier and so many times i told him to help and solve the problem since i was travelling to four countries. But he also stopped reverting.
I also raised complain on 25th november but no proper solution was provided to me. I paid for the international roaming and it never worked, i would like to request a refund for the service, that didn’t work.
After coming back to india i called to jio customer care but they did not even took my complaint and also refused to refund!
You see my account it clearly shows that the amount paid for international roaming was not utilised as i had no service. I have made several calls & chatted with the service reps and no one is able to figure out how to help me.
I sincerely hope that you will be able to help me and refund my international roaming charge as it was not activated.
Sent over several emails to jio along with the screenshot with their executive and now they say they will not refund me my money despite ir pack not working.
I sincerely request you to help me with my refund as all jio is not responding and it’s such a hassle to coordinate with them from 20days! Was this information helpful? |
