Reliance Jio Infocomm — not able to cancel jio phone and get refund

I had booked a jio phone on 24th august with rs. 500 as booking amount. During booking it was not said anywhere that i cannot cancel the order. It's more than 2 months and i have already purchased other phone. But they are not cancelling my order and are not even refunding my booking amount rs. 500. When mailed they reply same copy paste sentences.
