I have booked a mobile online from your site and i have got the mobile phone from your office which is situated at rangekhari silchar, assam on 3rd nov 2017 after submiting my documents and amount at your office but till date the sim has not been activated. I visited 3 times to that office but no positive reponse received from the office, so i request you please either activate the mobile or refund the amount. I have booked the mobile from [protected]. So please do the needful at your end.
