Jio mobile is violationg trai base pack rule by not allowing outgoing call from the core balance by topup voucher, if some body not like there special plan voucher o[censored]nlimited call and add top up of Rs. 100, he will get the core balance of Rs. 100 in his jio a/c but not able to use the same for local outgoing call, all other mobile operator are allowing calls from topup as per standard tariff plan if customer is not registered under any special plan.
Is jio has different rules and guideline from all other operator, there is no base pack in jio.
I hearby request all the concerned telecom authorities to check the same and take strong action, so they can think twice before violating any rule in future. Was this information helpful? |
