Reliance Jio Infocomm — not receive confirmation message from recharge jio 399 plan

My mob num [protected]. (26/01/2018) I recharged jio 399 plan by bank account in jio app.amount was deducted in my account. Bt I won't receive any confirmation message from jio .it doesn't shown in statement also .pls rectify my prblm .transaction id SDB290486.in DBS bank .. I have a screenshot also for deducted money.
