I done recharge of rs 399 on my jio number in month of june 18 which activate today but i nt received my additional data recharge voucher in my account. According to company term & conditions the recharges done in month of june 18 are eligible for this offer. Register my complaint against the company that they nt fulfilling their terms & conditions. 1.5gb data will effect in your account immediately fore rest 1.5gb you have to manually activate it from my Jio app.
Step

1.Open my Jio app
2.go to my vouchers section there you can see your 1.5gb additional data click on redeem once it’s redemeed you will get a confirmation message.
Now enjoy daily 3gb data for the next 84days from the date you have recharged.
