Reliance Jio Infocomm — not working international roaming

I want to state to you that ur international roming network coverage in the euorpe does not work. I came in switzerland on 08/05/2018 but your international romming was not working and i was surprised to get the massage from jio on 08/05/2018 at evening that my international romming talk time has been expired. So it very starange to receive an email that unlimited data is over. Since, i did not got to use any data as i was never connected i would like to get a refund of my amount of rs.11001 as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Ashish sapkal service not received use of rude language and not even registered my compliant and told me that this facility is not available and was not even replying properly. This was regarding notice provided ro me on my no. [protected].
