Reliance Jio Infocomm — outgoing call is barred

Hi,

I have recharged my number with a plan of Rs. 399 (Unlimited Voice + 1gb internet free) till 7th July 2018.

Pfa screenshot of successful recharge and validity is also mentioned in it.

But on 20/5/2018 my outgoing call is barred because of high no of calls and asking to recharge again.

This is cheating from Reliance because they have no where mentioned that its limited voice call (pfa screenshot), no where mentions terms and conditions applied.

Kindly take necessary action on this. Its not about the money, its about false statement.

Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Faruque Ansari Not resolved, again i had recharged.
They barred the number whenever they wish, I am porting my number to other service provider.
