Reliance Jio Infocomm — outgoing voice services has been discontinued

I am customer of jio. I recharge my phone with jio 449 plan.in my jio app i saw that it has unlimited call. But after some days i got a message from jio about abnormal outgoing call. Then when i call for a customer care executive he told me that jio maintain a limit of 300 min call. My question is that if the plan have limit then why jio told in my jio the plan contain unlimited call? If the 300 mins over then stop outgoing call for the day why they stop the outgoing call totally. I think it's not right jio is good but they don't take right action. My no is [protected].
