Reliance Jio Infocomm — payment deducted but recharge not done to my mobile phone

Dear sirs,
I have recharged my phone no. [protected] on 5th July 2018 with INR 399 plan and paid INR 349 thru credit card, with Transaction ID: BV00000CHACB thrugh Jio App, But I am sorry to say my services has been deactivated since then. And Rs. 349 has been deducted from credit card. I got message about transaction id and recharge from JIO, but services has been deactivated.
I went to local customer care at Times Square, Vidyadhar Nagar but denied that they can't help in this matter.
Can some one help me in this matter. Because even after paying the money I am not getting the services. I learned a lesson that never recharge with JIO APP.
