Dear sir/madam,
Yesterday i booked a jiophone and made payment by debit card. The payment was a success and 500rs. Was debited. My transaction id is - fv0000019rsg and txn# ju[protected]. No confirmation message was recieved on my phone and also there is no jio phone voucher shown on page. Iregistered with mobile no. [protected]. And after this transaction this page sown { https://www.jio.com/JioWebApp/index.html?root=prebookingConfirmation&msg=RELJIOD...⇄ }
Please help me with this big issue.
