Reliance Jio Infocomm — people getting calls from my jio no [protected]. without my knowledge

This is my jio no.[protected]. my jio sim is in my mobile phone but some one using my same no for out going calls.. some of my friends and relatives getting call form this no. . But sim card is in my phone how someone use same no for outgoing calls. Am very disappointed .. please check this
issue and fix it.
