Hi,
I'm Ashish Jain. I got a JioFiber connection in July 2019 in my apartment in Mumbai. At the time of purchase a security amount was taken from me and
I was told that if I want to disconnect the internet connection, I can disconnect it and security amount will be refunded to me after successful pickup of the devices.
Jio team is not picking up the device and is constantly rescheduling it. I'm unable to get my security deposit.
Please help me with this issue.
