Reliance Jio Infocomm — poor network connectivity in mysore dattagalli extension

We are experiencing very poor network in dattagalli extension in mysore.
Please look into this issue and resolve so that we can use jio sim there for network. The network seems to be very bad and we are not even able to make calls. We are also using jiofi hotspot device, which is also not able to receive signal.
