Reliance Jio Infocomm — poor quality of network supply by jio

Sir,
We have been facing network problem of jio since one month. The name of this area is - town-sarthebari, ward no-2, pin -781307.in our town we are unable to use 4g data due to lack of good network. We have been complaining this problem to jio customer services since 1 month but they are not willing to solve our problems. What is the reason that jio is cheating us? Please investigate this matter as soon as possible.

I have recently recharged data plan of Rs. 98 with 2gb data plan and my data exhausts everyday although no amount of data has been used.
Even after being renewed it still shows that your data is exhausted every day...

Reliance jio’s services are degrading...I am fed up of it
I call their customer services they have no words to solve it
