Reliance Jio Infocomm — porting out of reliance jio

I joined reliance jio with my mobile number in march 2018. Since then i am facing network issues. I am not even able to talk to my family members.
On 16th may 2019, i went to airtel. They told me sms on 1900 with port and my mobile number. I did this. I got a service request number from jio ans it would be closed by 23rd may 2019. Today is 24th may 2019 and i have still not received sms o[censored]pc code. I rang help line of jio. They told me to go to jio store. Please note i am handicapped person in leg. I still walked for 30 minutes and went to jio store. There i was told that this can only be done by help line number 198. I walked back to my place again for 30 minutes. Till now on 24th may 2019 at 12:43 hours, i have still not rfeceived upc code.
