Reliance Jio Infocomm — pre-booked jio phone via number [protected]

We have been trying to get the Jio Phone prebooked by online transfer of INR 500/-. For the past three weeks the Jio Store in Indirapuram Ghaziabad have not been able to give. They have numerous excuses - Phone not in stock, come after two hour, we are busy, server is down etc. etc. What is the process to get refund back of the paid amount? Please reply to e-mail.
