I have been using jio mobile no([protected]) from past last year. It is pre on postpaid number. But in last few months the bill payment through my jio app is adding money to outstanding amount. In every three months through my jio app I have been paying bill which is continously adding up the outstanding amount. I am really disheartened by the service they are providing which is very confusing as its has been showing bill on every three months. I have called customer care thrice but neither they are able to find any solution to my query and nor they are guiding properly how to convert the outstanding amount of 2000 to monthly rental plan. Kindly refund the money to the same bank which was used for payment. In last three days we are not able to find any solution.
