Reliance Jio Infocomm — Prime membership disallowed - mobile number [protected] in the name of kaushal kumar jain (Kk jain)

A sum of rs 99/- were pain online on[protected] thru my sbi visa card, followed by payment of rs 303/- were paid through sale counter. As is understood, deposit of rs 303/- was not acceptable by the company until the amount of rs 99/- is paid. On contacting customer care people asks for the transaction number. Which is not available with me at present. I have copy of the sbi card transaction bill for month march 2017 which shows payment made to jio
